Hi dear one,

Me and my hubby Ole met 25 years ago, just when the internet started and I had gotten my first ever email, a Hotmail account. Emailing was amazing at the time and I remember testing it, sending to Ole from the library in Stockholm. Wow, what great technology, I thought. The modems to get the internet to work, sounded like a Morse code speaker from the war. Still, this was new and would help Ole greatly in his research.

Ole was finishing his book Coup d’etat in Slow Motion and was doing backups on hidden away floppy disks and CD Roms. And for research, using the library’s micro film newspaper archives. Those were the days and we had no idea where the Internet, WIFI, mobiles and now AI would take us. I still don’t know, to be honest.

Let’s back up to our first ever date in 1998 and where we met.
